Educational Qualification
To be eligible for NHM Assam CHO Recruitment, candidates must have:
- B.Sc. (Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health, or
- B.Sc. (Community Health) approved by Director of Medical Education, Assam.
- Degree must be from an institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council or Assam Nurses Midwives’ & Health Visitors’ Council.
- Must be a Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM).
- A certificate (Appendix I) from the Principal of the Nursing College must be submitted to confirm the integrated course.
