LIC Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process
The selection will be done through 3 Phases + Medical Test:
Phase I – Preliminary Exam
Reasoning Ability – 35 Questions
Quantitative Aptitude – 35 Questions
English Language (Qualifying) – 30 Questions
Phase II – Main Examination (Objective + Descriptive Test)
Generalist: 300 Marks (Objective) + 25 Marks (Descriptive)
Specialist/AE/Legal: Pattern as per notification
Phase III – Interview
Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination
Note: Preliminary exam marks will not be counted for final merit.
Guarantee Bond
Selected candidates must serve minimum 4 years (including probation). If they resign before completion, they must pay ₹5,00,000/- as liquidated damages.
