Good News for OBC Students of Assam!
The Directorate of Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, Assam has officially released the notification for the Assam OBC Scholarship Scheme 2025. This is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme offering Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarships to eligible OBC students for the academic year 2025-2026.

Assam OBC Scholarship 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

Required Documents for OBC Scholarship 2025
Candidates must upload the following documents while applying:
- Bonafide Certificate (from Head of Institution)
- Bank Passbook (Active account)
- Income Certificate (from Circle Officer)
- Caste Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
Important:
- The bank account must be linked to Aadhaar.
- Scholarship payments will be made via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
- Inactive or incorrect bank details will result in payment failure.
