Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day banking transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, etc.
- Provide high-quality customer service at the branch lobby.
- Check KYC documents and assist with client onboarding.
- Track and report customer transactions and service requests.
- Activate and support clients on internet/mobile banking.
- Assist in business lead generation and service-related tasks.
- Conduct authorization & audit checks for operational transactions.
